Can I track my order's delivery status?
Sign in and open your orders to see the latest status. For a same-day delivery, call or email us and we will confirm where it stands.
Is there a return policy?
Fresh flowers are a final sale. If an order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours at hi@malikflowers.ca or (778) 855-6725 with your order number and photos.
Can I save my favorite items for later?
Yes. Sign in and tap the heart on a bouquet to save it to your wishlist.
Can I share products with my friends?
Open a bouquet and send the page link. Your friend can order it for delivery across Metro Vancouver.
How do I contact customer support?
Email hi@malikflowers.ca or call (778) 855-6725. The studio is open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. You can also message us on WhatsApp at the same number.
What payment methods are accepted?
Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards. Some custom work starts with a design deposit.
How do I add a review?
After your flowers arrive, leave a Google review for Malik Flowers. We read every note.
Can I request same-day flower delivery?
Orders placed before 2 PM have the best chance of same-day preparation in Metro Vancouver. Availability depends on the arrangement and the address.
Will the flowers look exactly like the photo?
Flowers are seasonal. If a pictured bloom is unavailable, we substitute a fresh stem of similar colour, style, and value.
